A four-wheel, inboard journal bearing, cast steel articulated frame truck that gives superior wheel load equalization. The truck bolster transmits lateral and longitudinal forces from the carbody to the truck via a carbody mounted center pin, with the vertical loads being transmitted from the carbody to the side bearings mounted on each side of the truck bolster directly over each of two air springs to the side frames.
The Bi-Level Truck is a four wheel inboard bearing, rigid H-frame truck with secondary air springs and primary chevron springs. Chevron springs are utilized to improve truck stability. Designed to be simple, reliable and to provide a high level of passenger comfort. The bolster transmits forces to the truck frame through a system of springs and dampers. Up to 4 disc and tread brakes can be fitted for heavier carbodies.
The Workcar Truck is a DMU (Diesel Multiple Unit) utilizing an H-frame truck design with a chevron spring primary suspension and a dual air spring secondary suspension. Power is provided by hydraulics or a single diesel motor located at the center of each car body, delivering power to both truck assemblies simultaneously. The truck can accommodate 58.88” and 56.50”/1435 mm gauge.
The truck is an inboard bearing with widely spaced bolster air springs, and utilizes a conventional rigid ‘H’ type frame. The truck rotates between the frame and bolster with two air springs sitting on the top of the bolster to support the car body and to provide the required ride comfort. The primary suspension consists of chevron springs. The truck is designed with two motors per truck (one per axle). The truck is equipped with four wheel tread brake units.

The 9600-G2 truck is an outboard bearing, rigid H-frame truck designed for stringent North American operations. Chevron springs are utilized to improve truck stability, reduce wheel/rail forces, reduce noise and provide improved wheel wear performance. The secondary suspension can readily incorporate either air springs or less expensive coil springs depending on the customers operating conditions and preference. The truck was designed to be simple, reliable and to provide a high level of passenger comfort.
The 5650 Locomotive Truck is a bolster-less design that is equipped with three outboard bearing axles, each powered by a DC traction motor. The single piece, cast steel truck frame is supported by two sets of double nested coil springs over each bearing housing. Two lateral dampers are mounted between the truck frame and the locomotive platform and act in the transverse direction. The 5650 truck is designed to be track gauge adjustable from Narrow to Broad gauge.
